My son was excited about getting his own apartment at Village Green this coming Fall. Unfortunately, his fiance and good friend were killed earlier this month and due to that stress, we all thought it best that he not be in an apartment alone when he returns to TSU and his internship. We explained the situation to the management at Village Green Apartments and they prompty let him out of his lease and refunded his non-refundable deposit. What a relief it was to us all to know there are caring people in this world. It sure made things easier for all of us. His deceased finance was unable to get out of her lease. The management at the apartment she had leased for the fall required her parents to pay $4000 to buy out her lease - so her parents had to pay for her funeral and then her lease. I don't have words to describe how I feel about that apartment complex and it's management, but I do have words for how I feel about Village Green Apartments - grateful,hopeful,encouraged!
