I lived in this apartment for about six months and decided to move out because the things that you have to deal with there is ridiculous. My car was broken into, the outlets in the apartment didn't work, it was crawling with unknown insects, the "security gate" wasn't secure at all, the parking was terrible, the managent is worse than the parking and it is too expensive!!! I wouldn't recommend this complex to any I wanted to keep as a friend. I discussed the problems that I had with the complex with the manager and was told to give my 30 day notice and move out. I did just that! But when I received a bill in the mail for almost $3000, I almost lost my mind! I was told that if I gave 30 days notice, paid a reletting fee of $675, and paid my next months rent, I would be let out of my lease. After doing all that I was instructed to do, I still received this bill and was charged for a garage that I never had. When I call to discuss this bill I received, the manager refuses to speak about it and only states that what I was billed is what I owe and she knows nothing about a 30 day notice.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
