If you are thinking of living at these apartments think again!! Appearances are decieving. It may look nice on the outside, but to get that look that cut many corners in the actual building of the property!! First the parking sucks, you can have NO visitors park in front of your apartment, they are ALL required to park in visitor parking which absolutley sucks if you live all the way in the back of the complex!! If you dont park in visitor then your car will get towed, and believe me they will tow! Two of my friends cars got towed and had to pay $80 to get it out. 2nd of all the rent is outrageous for what you get, and it includes nothing! You are required to pay for everything (washer and dryer, utilities, telephone, and cable). 3rd of all dont expect to get anything taken care of by maintenance or staff. They take weeks to do anything at all, and when you complain the managers are completely rude and snobby towards you. I had something that looked a lot like black mold in my closet, and when i went to complain, they weren't at all concerned, and it took them 2 weeks to come and fix the problem (after i went in there several more times to complain). AND to top it all off, the mold grew back!!! Basically what im saying is that these apartments are not worth your money, i reccommend going somewhere else!!
