These apartments just plain suck. First, there is NO parking what-so-ever. Even residents end up parking on the side of the garages b/c there are not enough spaces and THEN you get a ticket from the bike cop that is out maybe once a month. The management lost our checks, be it rent, water or whatever, at least 6 times in one year leaving us with a false eviction notice because they cant keep up with all the money. The pool sucks because you can only have 2 guests at the pool with you and you have to carry this stupid pool pass. AND to top it off, in the middle of the lease, the office tells us we all of the sudden have to pay our water. The bugs in the apartment are awful, the carpet is cheap and cannot be cleaned, you can hear your neighbors running up and down their stairs, and Im pretty sure when I move out, the place is gonna take my whole deposit just for the heck of it. Dont live here- it is not worth it.
