i have only lived here for about 4 months and already i wish i would not have signed a year lease. the staff is awful (especially the manager). they are incompitent, and make endless empty promises. i am paying to live there, they should treat me like a paying customer right' well they dont. plus you get absolutely screwed on the water bill (its divided among your entire building). and our electricity bill is always ridiculous and we dont even use the ac during the day. the rent seems cheap, but in the end you're paying way too much. even if it was really cheap, it wouldnt be worth it to put up with the horrible staff.

This place is not a rip off. Where else can you live that you get over a 1000 sq. feet of space and pay pennies for it. My personall experience with the staff has bee fantastic. Everytime I walk through the door I am greeted by name. They drop everything that's going on to help me with whatever I need. They make me feel at home.

This is a response to the response. I looked into moving there and the second time I went to look at the place with my parents a "gentleman" working there was a complete jerk to me infront of my parents. He wasn't helpful and he seem really annoyed he had to show us an apartment.
