Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
We lived next to the fire lane in the back. It was always noisey with screaming kids and loud stereos.Tenants leave toys and trash everywhere. Plus people park in the firelane and undesignated spots all the time.The management is nice but never care or get anything done.
