I have lived in this place for almost a year and my lease is FINALLY up in June, thank God!! It is a very beautiful place to live, but that's where the good news ends. The manager is an idiot who never knows the answer for anything, the staff tries to be as helpful as possible, but they also can never get things done. The tenants with pets, (I am not one), do not pick up after the animals have done their "business" and it is all over the grounds of the complex. Like I said the exterior of the place is great, but other than that, this place sucks. I pay to live in a gated community, and the gates to this place have only work for one full week that I have been here. The pool is always closed for some reason or another and forget about getting things fixed in your apartment, they take FOREVER to send someone to check out the problem.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
