Gates never work. Pool is nasty. Problems with Katrina victims that live here. They terroize the complex and management is scared of them. Maintenance of buildings is poor. One female raped by Louisiana people living here. Gated community that has the trouble gated in with the residents.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
