I lived at the villas for 2 years, and was threatened eviction due to 'late payments' (they were never late) no less than 5 times. Each time, my roomates and I were told to ignore the notices. My maitanance requests were never filled in a timely mannner, and the complex allowed mold to grow on my ceiling in the shower unabated for 4 months after repeated requests to fix it (it's probably still there). I moved out on July 27, 2006 and so far have not recieved my security deposit. I got the runaround for 2 months (wouldn't return my calls) until about two weeks ago when they said the check was in the mail (it hasn't arrived, I'm considering legal action). My neighboors were filthy and left trash and beer cans on the porch, one time they left a machete sticking out of the ground (I lived right next to the day care). I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.

I know! What you may not know is that there was and may still be not one, but two managers living at the Villas - One of them lived right next to the day care also. Just goes to show - nobody who works there cares about the residents. The trash would have been picked up better if they had more than one employee doing EVERYTHING for crap pay. You get what you pay for.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
