We have been here almost a year. After fighting the katrina victims and their horrible children, having our cars keyed, having to avoid the grassy area because of dog poop, having to leave the pool because of children without adults, a couple having sex by the waterfall (9pm) this complex is a joke. Security gates that do not work. Dirty pool. When the grass is mowed, they are too lazy to pick up the litter, so they mow over it and scatter it all over the place. Requested numerous times to have the apt. sprayed for bugs. Loud parties at all hours. A young girl raped by the Katrina people. What else could you ask for in a gated community.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
