I just moved into these apartments a couple of months ago and I am so ready to move out. Yes, they are "nice-looking" apartments, but that is about it.

It seems like there is only one maintence man for the entire community.....seriously, management can use some of the money that they are taking from us and use it to get the guy some help to take care of all of the things that are wrong with people's apartments. We have put in about 6 different work orders and they haven't even come to look at what's wrong. Apparently it takes one of us (or our guests) to fall on the stairs and seriously injure ourselves thanks to the carpet that isn't secure. (That's just ONE of the many things that is wrong.)

Another thing that doesn't suit me well is the fact that there are other living creatures in this apartment other than my roommates and I. We've had ants, roaches, and other insects that I don't deal well with, but the worst of all is the MOUSE that is running through my apartment as we speak. It took my roommate to go into the office and refuse to leave before they called the pest control people. (They actually told her that they couldn't do anything until WEDNESDAY!)

Our parking isn't horrible (just because we live near the visitor's parking area), but I understand why so many people complain about it. The gates don't work either. Why have them at all if they aren't going to work' And if you really want to feel like you are being screwed over, take a look at your water bill. You don't have to go through the city to pay for it, The Villas at Willow Springs actually bill you themselves by taking the total water usage for the whole community and dividing it up amongst the people living here.

If I were you, I would just pass this place up and go somewhere else where the management will actually pick up the phone when you need them.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
