There are always bugs no matter how much you clean. The pool is always nasty. The water bill is insane. Work orders... What work orders. Make copies of ALL paperwork and work orders just incase. The gates are never completely working. You get a lot of square footage for the money, but it's not worth it. Invest in a garage. My car has been egged. Kids run around trashing everything and blowing up frogs with fireworks. It is government assisted. I have learned my lesson. I will never rent again.
