Our lease is about to expire and we can not wait. The water bill is horrible. They take the total water bill, this includes filling the nasty pool and watering the grass and divide it by the number of people in the complex. If you look around you will see numerous apartments that are vacant. So, this means that your water bill will average over 60-70 dollars a month.
A gated community that has a non working gate. Lights around the complex do not work. You walk in the dark towards your building. Garages that do not work.
The management is a horrible. They can not keep maintance help. A few months ago, they changed out all the outer doors of the cabinets, but yet do not have the money to fix the garages, fix the gated entry and maintain some type of security here.
Drive through the parking lot ( the side gate is always open) and see what a horrible place this is. People doing mechanic work on their vehicles. Children dodging traffic on bikes and scooters. Trash scattered throughout the complex.
We highly suggest that if you are looking to live here at the Ghettos of Willow Springs, I would reconsider. Tenants that are here now, when your lease expires...RUN and dont look back.
This complex should be turned over to the Better Business.

I would highly recomment making a complaint against this company with the BBB. The site is https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx and it only takes a few minutes. It will be a huge help to anyone else who will have problems in the future. (we know they will) It only takes a few minutes and remember exactly how atrocious the management was.
