I lived there a year ago and it totally was a terrible experience. I enjoyed the apartment layout and the look of it, but I could not stand the manager. Mike was an unhelpful and did not honor promises made by his co-workers (even when they said they told me things right in front of him). The Katrina "victims" were horrible and "victimized" me. From what I hear, it hasn't changed much. Just move along.
