Lives here for one year. Always paid on time, perfect tenants. One day we were told we were being evicted and needed to be out in 2 days...after raising hell it turned out their incompetent management had "misplaced" our checked but instead of coming to us and figuring out what happened, we were given an eviction notice. Upon moving out we were told they never receieved our prior notice to vacate(which was turned in by 3 separate roommates) and that we would have to stay 2 more months. After a long and exhausting struggle with these ignorant people we were told everything was fine just turn in the keys. 2 months after this we were all sent letters from a collection agency stating we owed $2300. They did not contact us at all before turning over fraudelent and made-up charges to a San Antonio collections dept. I know personally 3 other familes affected in this same way. We also held a LARGE leak in one of our BR that we were told nothing could be done for so it was left leaking for the entire year. This place is atrocious and the first class action lawsuit filed will hold my name as well as 7 other names of friends and family affected by this complex. They will take advantage of you and turn your credit into crap. They deserve nothing less than to be shut down and criminally charged. FOR YOUR SAKE, I know it might look good and a few peple will have positive reviews but you DO NOT want to be like myself or these other families. Please stay away.
Also, while at these apt's 6 cars were broken into in the lot across from our apt.(1 yr. period)

The same thing is happening and has happened to my sister. They keep saying she owes more money that has been paid! Right now they say she owes for a check that bounced in DEC. 2006 and the bank says it was a clear transaction. They did the same thing last year and said she never paid so she ended having to pay $800 because she didnt have proof.
