I have been living here for about five months now and so far so good. I didn't actually get to read any previous reviews on this place until after I moved in. Maintenance is great and always friendly. Office staff has changed a bit and all seem friendly and willing to help out with any issues that may come up. The only issue I have is residents need to start telling their guest to park in GUEST PARKING only. Other than that my time here so far has been great.
