This is a horrible place to live. My roomate and I said we wanted an 11 month lease and the management so conveniently typed up a 12 month lease and by the time we noticed it, it was too late and the girl that handled our lease so conveniently had no idea what we were talking about. They have washers and dryers but once the office closes you cannot get to the washer/dryer room. Mike, the horrible manager, made me take out all my wet clothes because he was closing up the office. We ended up moving out in June ( 1 month early according to our lease) but we were told that was ok since they could probably get someone to take the lease over. Ofcourse, we never heard from them, assuming they had found tenants to take over our lease, but 4 months later my roomate gets a letter from a creditor saying we owed money. No one ever sent me or her a bill for anything and they had all of our up to date contact information. They said that they sent several bills but that is bullsh**. I went in to talk with them to get things straightend out but ofcourse Mike couldn't talk to me at that time and I was told he would have to call me. He never did. This place needs to "clean house" with it's management team.

What you said sounds just like Mike. This management team is worse than awful and I have, since living there, tried my hardest to tell the community about the this place. What you said about them not sending you a bill is right. They never do. They always wait a few months then send the letter straight to the creditor, which in turn uneccesarily damages your credit. This management needs to be terminated and Mike needs to take a business ethics course ASAP.

i agree with you about mike he is unconsiderate. they billed use for trash that was not even in appartment
