I live at the Villas and have been there since December 07 and it has been a great. My husband and myself live in a huge 3 bedroom with lots of space for a pretty reasonable price. It is very quite inside the apartment, I have NEVER once heard any noise from our neighbors. I will agree with a few others parking isn't great but we have started renting a garage and since then have had no problems. The office staff is great and always inviting when we stop by. Maintenance is wonderful anytime we have had a request Gilbert or Josh are quick to stop by and take care of it for us, usually the same day. Overall I would reccommend this complex hands down for the space and the price it is hard to beat.
