When my A/C was acting up, they fixed it immediately. When my husband and I split up, they were there to comfort and assist with the transition. When I had to break my lease and move back home, they made it easy.

The kindess and professionalism shown to me by this apartment community is unusual. I just wanted to share that, because they are still my friends.

My brother and his wife were both killed in a car wreck and I was the only one left to their son. I had no choice but to move and when I explained the situation, spoke with the management, I was told they did not care for peoples personal stories or situations and that they had to deal with the numbers. rfulton is probably a member of their management team because these things don't happen at the villas. These people will turn a blinds eye to a dying child so long as their money is where it should be.

That is soooooooo not true, and this response is to Anonymous. I have lived here fixing to go into my 3rd lease. I am a disabled lady with a DISABLED CHILD as well, and they have been nothing but kind to us. The Dr gave me a note THAT I HAD TAKEN TO THE OFFICE, AND THEY APPROVED IT IMMEDIATELY!!!! You say that rfulton is probably staff, well your probably somebody WHO GOT EVICTED!!!! People should clean their own backyard before trying to clean others...I say" God Bless The Staff, They made my transition from my hometown down by the gulf to here very easy, and comforting...I love it here, and plan to go no place else unless my health issues get so bad that I am forced to go back home due to ALLLLL my Family being there to help, but otherwise I am right where I want to be when it comes to living somewhere here in San Marcos!!! God Bless, and please forgive the judgement of unkind, and ungrateful people...and God Bless OUR STAFF!!!!!!!

The only reason why ur_JOY_76542 got it made is because your an adult with a handy cap. Sorry but we cleaned our backyard and everything else with it. We were nice and on top of our payments, I even had extra money in my account because I always payed on time when they would be late with the water bill!! Just be blessed that they helped you. As for us, we are in dept because of them!!!!! We showed the letter from the doctor and everything. They still don't care. They just want their money.
