worst apartment ever for students

there is no parking at all available unless you want to spent 40 extra bucks a month for a garage. i have lived there a year and there are still things in my apartment broken that were on the move in sheet. this is section 8 housing, and I wasnt told that up front only after I signed the lease. There are many cars on blocks, even though the policy is to have no non working vehicles on the premises. the gate never works. you have to park on the other side of the apartments if you decide to come home after 10pm. there were 6 cars broken into on one evening and instead of fixing the gate(it was open) they passed out flyer saying don't leave anything you don't want stolen in your car. my smoke alarm fell out of the ceiling and it took them a week and a half to fix it. when i asked them repeatedly to come and fix it they were very rude and responded with "we already did fix it" the management hates college kids, one leasing agent murmering comments like "stupid college kids never listen" and other comments. this community is geared to families with MULTIPLE children. if you have guests forget where they are going to park because they will tow their car. the "yards" flood whenever it rains. save yourself the unnecessary expense and move somewhere cheaper by campus.
