I was a resident of westfield from 02-03 and I can tell you that any other apt complexes would be a better decision. The water was cut off at least 20 times due to archaic distribution systems and lack of basic preventative maitenance. The water was cut without proper notice given to residents and times lines of return to service were impossibe. The hot tub never worked and the pool was always dirty. Management often loses repair requests and is uncaring in its attitude towards its residents. The office pretends to be friendly when you move in, but once the lease is signed, the masks come off!! The rooms are substanard with basic amenities lacking. Appliances are old and decrepid and wall insulation to adjacent apartments fails to exist. The price is high(even if they offer you a good deal, you will come to see it is a sham), the service sucks and the management is a joke. If you have a pet that makes no mess don't expect to get your deposit back. TAKE MY ADVICE AND LIVE ELSEWHERE.

Westfield was definitely a bad choice. The management, well, lack of management shows often! They got my move-in date mixed up, so I had to rent a hotel for 12 days until I could move in- without compensation. Not only was the move in date mixed up, the apartment they had "ready" for us smelt like cat urine, there was dog feces and what looked like vomit all over the porch. The carpet was still wet from the carpet cleaners, the office asked if I could hold off on moving large furniture in due to the wet carpet. I had to deal with letters stating I did not pay my rent (when I did pay it!), the fees they tried to charge did not make sense. I feel like I was scammed from the very beginning. I was also told our apartment would have NEW carpet, however our carpet appeared to be the original carpet- it was NOT NEW BY ANY MEANS. The management office only answers their phone, when convienent for them. I felt jipped from day one, and throughout my Westfield experience. Talk about the run-around!!!
