First, I must say that the staff and maintenance guys are really nice and always say Hi to me when they see me and always try to be accomodating. But it just seems like they don't have enough people working there... only 2 staff members and 2 maintenance guys (only one when I moved in). My maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. I know because I have had a LOT of maintenance issues. My toilet was not working the first day I moved in and the carpet was old and dirty. It was not tacked down by the kitchen or the fireplace and there was a large hole worn in it. The bathroom counter had burn holes and the toilet and tub were both badly stained. The appliances were old and I had to have my refrigerator, dishwasher, and bathroom sink replaced (all within 8 months). My apartment is only about 500 square feet and I pay almost $500 a month, and they do not provide cable and internet.
