I lived in Westfield apartments for a little over a year, and these were some of the worst apartments I have ever been in. There were rats that lived in my walls, they would scratch it all night long. My air conditioning went out almost every week. The staff would come into my apartment with no notice, almost once a week.

I ALWAYS paid my rent on time, but they still tried to charge me over 200 dollars in late fee's that werent even mine. When it was time for me to move out, they lost both of my deposits, both general and pet. They told me the contract they signed was messy and they couldnt find parts of it. I called them at least 8 times after moving out trying to get something in writing saying all of the bills had been paid, and they never sent me anything.

They also assigned one of their staff to live in one of the bedrooms of the apartment after I had been living there a few months. She stiffed me in over $300 dollars of utility bills while working for the apartments, and left the apartment trashed after moving out. There were kegs and mattresses still lying in the apartment, and the apartments refused to do anything.

These are only a small amount of the things that happened while living there. These apartments were horrible, and I advise anyone from living in them.
