Enjoyed Living Here

First of all -- the staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew is very prompt and always friendly when you bump into them. I had an issue with my water heater once and they immediately installed completely new parts. I've never had my hot water be so hot and last for so long! ;) The complex is very quiet and low-key. It's a good place to live if you need somewhere quiet to study (I just graduated summa cum laude). I stayed at University Springs (across the street) the previous semester and Westfield is a world of difference! The maintenance and staff there were just horrible and it was always loud with cops coming through almost every night. I've not once had such a problem at Westfield. In fact, a police officer lives here, lol. Contrary to other reviews, I've never had any pest problems at all. My electric bill ranges from $66-$110 depending on how wasteful I am. Internet here is great! There are no bandwidth caps and I even convinced a guy at Korcett (Time Warner distributer) to set me up with my own public IP for free! There is also free Wi-Fi here that reaches all the way to Los Cucos at Aquarena Springs, lol. The complex is generally well-kept and frequently maintained. There is a clean pool, hot tub, grill and computer lounge area. No fitness room, but hey, you can always just go to the Rec! Parking is completely free and there is always plenty of it! Friends can come over and park anywhere they want! Good location, being walking distance to a TxState bus stop. Nice, inexpensive (comparatively) place to live if you want a quiet, well-maintained apartment where no one will bother you! The only reason I'm moving is because I just got a job in Austin! :)
