Windmill is simply the best place to live in San Marcos. I lived there for two years and never any complaints. Mike, the manager was great, maintenance was fantastic...If you are looking for something peaceful(for the most part), well kept,and tucked away from the rest of san marcos and it's traffic, well-this is the place to be.
