I have read all the reviews on this place and I think a couple of people have written reviews and the rest are propaganda from the complex itself, obviously written by the different hands that have run this place. In the time I have lived here I seen two different owners and a half dozen members of management. My favorite was Henry. He was the owner, that moved us in, in a pinch. Anybody can always find something to complain about, a couple of people, I think have actually nailed it right on. There is nothing special to say about this place. The only landscaping treatments this place receives is on the front, by the road, the rest is sloppily, run through with just a weed eater. The old maintenance man was funny, the new guy really tries. The problem with the maintenance is there is only one guy, and occasionally all the lights in the courtyard out, and it gets really, really dark. You have to pick your battles, like it's convenient location, but its noisy and getting in or out, can be a calamity or a pain. Henry was a stickler on things like repairing equipment and safety. Now, the secured laundry facilities all always in need of repair, because they are always open to the public. I din't pay to have everyone use MY washer, and dryers, the same with the pool. People from wherever drop their kids off here, like a babysitting service, especially from neighboring apartment complexes, they use the pool, then get into their car and leave. This used to be a family type community. I think all of the large dogs scared away all of the families with children. The dogs are the reason the place has gone to the toilets, because that is all this place is now, is a dog toilet. People don't walk their dogs anymore, they play on their cell phones in front of some else's apt. waiting on their dog's to do whatever. If you are not worried about amenities, this is the place for you. I think the apt. people should quit lying and find solid office staff.
