The present management don't want to spend a penny on maintainance and improvement. Such a great apt. complex but in very very wrong hand. The lady in the office is lazy and always gives excuses for problems. I am thninking to move out. There was one lady whose A/C was broken and they didin't do anything so she left by breaking lease but this management doen't care. I don't recommend this complex.
