The Colony of San Marcos is the name now.
It is an older complex, but it is beautiful trees everywhere, lush landscaping and it is kept up well. I love my neighbors here, and they have grills at the pool so we can grill day or night. I love the hardwood flooring that they have put down in the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms it looks so nice. The walls have been painted a beautiful beige color outlined in white it is so fresh and clean. Free covered parking and free internet! I also like the fact I have a pool key that lets me into the laundry area 24 hrs. The new managers are knowledgeable about the property, and very friendly.
