All I have to say is that bldgs 1,2,3,4 (which surround the pool) are built on a sink hole. the pool had mager cracks in it and was leaking under the ground. we lived in apt 114 for almost 6 months. about 4 months into it we started having problems. The cracks (if you could call them that) seemed to keep growing longer and getting wider. these black bugs that look like wasps started getting into the apt. through the air vent in my bathroom and it took many requests and complaints before they even attempted to fix it. After about 3 months it was somewhat under control but we finally got out of that piece of crap apt. They actually had someone come in and measure the apt. and in places the levels were 3 and in others -3. that is a big difference. Finally they moved us into another apt. there. I still hate it though. Actually now they patched up some of the cracks and they actually moved someone into our old apt. I feel sorry for them. anyways I could go on and on and on. oh and they have had about 3 different managers in the year that I have lived here.
