I have lived here for two years and have seen two managers come and go. The first two managers were very friendly and were all about customer service. The third manager Amy is rude not only to the residents but to the staff. She is a cold hearted women. She might be great at running a business but she has no customer services skills. If you can not make your residents happy then it does not matter how well you can run a business. When my contract ends I wil not be releasing here. As long as Amy is manager I would not recomend for anyone to sign a lease. The office staff is nice and I feel sorry for them to have to work with Amy. Maintance is great but they also come and go.
