The worst 2 years of my life: Avoide the Zone

First off let me just say I?ve lived at the Zone since it was the Exchange I. After living there for a year the told us if we resign our lease it would lock us in at the lowest rate. That was BS! I was paying $470 for the first year and got "locked in" at $430 when i re-signed. only to find new residents payed 385 for the same room and overlooking the pool which mine was not. It seems to me that they are more worried about making money than keeping long term residents happy. I would not reccomend the Zone to anyone. the pool was allway closed, the rec room closed @ 9pm and I found the office unprofessional and incompetent. There were allways loud parties and he zone did nothing. When there was a problem the only option was calling the poliece. Parking was allways a problem and this people were being towed for $65 which i?m sure the zone got some kick back. Alos when i had problems from my roommate stealing things they said there was nothing they could do and were not willing to help fix the problem in any way. Trust me find a private place to live. I have all the same things at my new apartment phone, cable, internet as at the zone and my rent plus all bills except electricity is about $300. That is way cheeper. Bottom line the Zone Sucks! Also the one good review given sounds to much like someone who works at the Zone. Don't forget the internet is a luxury (that is what they told me) and when It was out for 3 months they did nothing. I know some people who got evicted because they took $20 out of their rent for lack of ISP. Needless to say they don't value their residents.
