Ever dealt with a manager like Amy' She is so rude and unprofessional - not only to residents but to her staff as well! She needs a big attitude adjustment! She does not care about residents, or staff or anything else. Probably doesn't even care about her job! Nothing gets done around here - ask for maintenance - good luck! Ask to speak to the manager - better watch yourself - she'll talk down to you and don't expect her to be nice! Wont happen!Does she even have the experience to do the job she's doing' I thought customer service was supposed to be the "key" in their business - not at The ZOne! It's the last thing on their minds! Stay away from here - especially while Amy is the "Manager"!
