The folks in the front office are nice but the internet provided has had way too much down time. They blamed it on that blaster worm which is total BS because the whole network here is firewalled. Management gives you a time frame add at least two weeks. The leases are inflexible one year only. They started making us pay for water and the bill is just way too high.

I have lived here since this place was The Exchange. The buildings have been ladden with defects since they settled. Plus, I have also heard way too many people's deposits being lost or becoming non-existant because this place was sold. Which legally is totally incorrect.

If this was a non-college place a lot of this stuff just wouldn't fly. My lease is up this decemeber and I fully intend to move out. I'm tired of the loud partys that you can hear through the paper thin breezeway walls. Crickets are also a big problem here.

Take my advice and find a non-college place. You'll enjoy the peace.
