For the love of God, do not, I repeat, DO NOT live at The Zone. I got suckered into signing a lease here and have regreted it since day one! Not to mention the HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL staff, your safety is compromised there. The people who lived at my apartment before me still had a key and could and would come in anytime they wanted to. When I told THE ZOne about this, their reply was "we change all the locks" but they do not. If that were the case, the old residents would not have had a key. On top of NEVER changing it for us, they wanted to charge us a lock-replacement charge of $25.00. Also, the internet has been down, the walls are paper thin, as well as the floors and ceilings. I live on the 2nd floor and hear EVERYTHING the 1st and 3rd floor people do. Staff doesnt care about ANYTHING. Sure, they seem nice until you sign your lease, especially Amy the manager and Kim, the asst. manager. DONT LIVE HERE. THey are way overpriced too.
