Great place to Party, Bad place to Live

This apartment is made to look like the perfect place for Daddy's little girl. Security gates, alarms, panic buzzers, the works. When I moved in, I was the first person to live in that room. The roommate matching actually worked really well. I didn't know too many people so I was happy with the results. The building looked great, fresh paint, new furniture, a pool and hot tub, and of course a beach volleyball court right out side my window.
However my neighbors SUCKED! There is no insulation between the walls, so every pin drop outside could easily be heard through out my room, kinda makes me wonder what all they heard'''
The place used to look pretty on the outside (during the day), but after nightfall, Sin City here I come. Party Heaven. Whooooo Yeah Baby! Talk about party central. Without fail, there was always a party somewhere nearby to go to EVERY NIGHT! The fun lasted about two days after school started and then I started to realize that I was going to class just to get some sleep. My suggestion is get used to sleeping in the library.
The worse thing was that half way through my contract the Exchange sold the place and it was renamed the Zone. Hmmmm, perhaps to sound more like a party place. After the place was sold, the maintenance really got downgraded, and after all the parties EVERY NIGHT, the trash just didn't get picked up anymore and the place turned to a dump very quickly.
Lot's of cute girls, virgins galore, or at least so it seemed. But after a couple of weeks about half of them got knocked up and went home crying to their parents; oh well what can you do.
Like I said a GREAT place to PARTY!
All that security and new looking stuff is just a cover up. Completely different at night.
A horrible place to live, which is if you actually want to be a student.
