Horrible Experience!!!

Well, I too was sucked in by the appeal of the Zone when they first opened- let me just say that there is absolutely nothing "luxury" about this place. The apartments are cheaply made and the walls are super thin. At first the management and staff were really nice and quick to fix things in fact we knew the maintance guy on a first name basis- but the management and staff changed at least 4 times in my two years there. My roomates and I took the option to transfer to an apt with a pool view, when we moved in there, nothing was done to clean the place, they didnt even vacume, there was stuff left there from the previous tenents, things were broken, black paint stains were on the wall, my shower head was even missing- MY FREAKIN SHOWER HEAD- and no matter how many times we complained nothing got done, so I had to buy a new shower head and then get this they tried to charge me for a missing shower head when I moved out- what kinda ---- is that! Not to mention my roomate's crazy ass boyfrined broke into our apt on a number of occations and he vandalized my car, did i mention that we lived in the same building as the resident "cop"- yeah. Also, the parking sucks, you're lucky if you get a spot anywhere near your apt, and then you have to manouver your way around the sprinklers! Beacuse you know the sidewalks constantly need to be watered! I eventually sub-let my apt. because I just couldn't stand the place or the staff, especially Amy- what a ------ they are so rude, and apparently have no idea what customer service means. I would 100% recomend living elsewhere and only coming here to party- that's about all this place is good for- and even then it's only fun if you're underage. Bishop's Square is cool, but I would recomend renting a duplex.
