I steam cleaned the carpets before I left and we left and cleaned everything as well as I did in my last two apartments, who both left me with less than 25 dollars taken out of my deposit, aside from that poeple come in your apartment usually in the morning while I was sleeping sometimes with 2 poeple who talk and make noise and wake me up, some months they would come 3 times a month, but always at least once or twice, I would not recomend living here if you dont want anykind of privacy and dont want to be charged 100's of dollars for riduculous stuff when you leave, and their maintenece is slow, and the floors are the thinest floors I've ever had, and the rent is too high, and the internet frequently goes out for weeks at a time, but dont even try and ask them to make you stop paying for it,and be ready to hike to your apt during the school year if you come home past 7, and they drained the pool for a month while I was living there. in short it really sucks and noone should live there ever :) hope I helped
