I moved here in Aug 2003, a lot of people have said they didn't like the place, but what do you expect on ratings; there will always be more bad ones because the good ones are usually never told. I really enjoyed it here, my upstairs neighbors were loud sometimes, but hey its San Marcos! The staff are kind, and they throw parties for us almost every Sat. at the pool. Good place to meet other students. The maint. can be slow so you kind of have to keep on them. The apartment is nice, just don't clutter the interior up because there isn't too much space, but big storage on deck. I won't be returning, because they don't have any 1's left. I will miss it, I had a good time here.
