Had Problems with Maintanence

I actually moved out 4 months prior to the end of my lease and moved home with my parents. The last 3 months of our lease they did replace the carpet which smelled like cat pee from the time we moved in. Maintance came in all the time without notice and without leaving a note. They left bedrooms (that were locked) unlocked for others to be able to get in, Big no no. Very noisy and grounds were poorly kept ( beer and liquor bottles every where), not cool when parents come to visit.Internet always down so have another way to access for last minute assignments. Can not depend on it for internet classes by any means!
