the "perks" of living at the zone....

Well first of all I was told that there would be bad A*$ parties every weekend at the pool, there weren't. There was always someone coming by to do something strange like check to see if their keys work on the bedrooms with no notice banging on the door while you are trying to sleep. We had water dripping from the ceiling and no one came to fix it on the day of the crawfish boil. Now these people want to charge us for the horrible carpet and problems we wrote down on our move in inventory sheet. Seriously, the zone will try in every way to bend you over and take it while you aren't looking. there have been times when they entered our apartment without leaving a notice. I wouldn't reccomend living here. Oh yeah and my car even got towed from the spot that I paid $25/month for and they told me oh well, we can't help you.
