I have to say that it isnt what I expected and u could get more space for a lot less money.

Its true that parking sucks, the hot tub hasnt worked for a year,the lab computers and printer still dont work right, the water gets turned off at the worst time of the day, and the walls are thin, but during financial difficulties the office staff will do everything they can to help you oy and the maintenance is very good.

Overall, I'd say its a pretty good choice.
