When I first moved in there were mice. Since then it has been nothing but problems. It is so loud and you can hear everything, including upstairs neighbors when they flush the toilet or have sex. You can hear every door in the building when it shuts and it is loud. Staff does not keep each other informed so there is always confusion in the office. The hot tub never worked. They don't clean the pool so it is green and disgusting. They are full of empty promises........we promise to put a new pool in, we promise to clean the pool, we promise the internet will be back up soon. Yet, nothing EVER gets done. There is always trash on the ground, especially beer bottles. The study center is dated, with old computers, only one has Excel and the Internet hardly ever works. It is always cold in the study rooms and what a dumb idea to put the tanning beds in the next room so people blast their music so loud and you can't concentrate. Besides that, they leave the music on all the time anyway and it is very distracting. The workout center also leaves a lot to be desired and some of the machines don't even work. Also, two motorcycles have been stolen that I know of. I don't know how many stolen cars or break-ins that have occured but the gates are never shut. What is the point of them' I do not recommend the Zone as a college student that was expecting the amenities to be useful. All we really want is working computers, a quiet place to study, and most importantly, A POOL that we can get in. The Zone can not provide any of these for you.
