I have lived at numerous apartments in my life and have never been treated so bad. The new managment is full of Nazis and they will do anything to get your money! You can here your neighbors having sex, wake up when your neighbors alarm goes off. The worst apartments in Texas! I will pay you not to live here, because it should be torn down. Interesting comments. I don't like using ------ as a comparison, but I visited the apartments on a February weekend looking for a place for my daughter to live in next year. The front office was okay, not great. The apartments itself were lacking in updates and cleanliness, but for the rate we were offered, who could complain? Interestingly enough we thought these apartments would be the final choice (not my daughters), but she was okay with our decision and a couple of weeks later went to see them again with her room mate (on a weekday). She arrived a 5:10 and someone passed her on the way out saying they were closing. The door said weekday hours were till 6:00. A different woman was in the front office, and rudely told my daughter and her frined they would be closing at 5:30 and did not show apartments after 5:00and would not give them any information. SO is that the deal? They are nice when the parents are around, but as soon as prospective students show up and ask questions, they are treated like crap. Bad business is my opinion. I am not stupid, college kids do get wild and don't always treat things with respect, but if you want to run a business that others will recommend, remember that these students learn by example.
