Avoid the Zone

The management at most apt complexes in San Marcos is bad ... but at the Zone, you get fined for ridiculous things without a warning. You get a generic warning as an apartment complex, but a warning to you directly, no way. Why should they waste their time when they can just go straight to fining you and then slap you a late fee when you don't pay. They don't want you to have anything on your porches (ie, coolers, mops, etc.) to avoid a "trashy" image, but yet, the pool is empty and rusting ... and the hot tub hasn't worked since I've moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
