When I first was showed around this place, it looked great! I moved in only to be proven otherwise! My first night in the apartment, cops were called twice because of parties. People were jumping out of the second story balcony to avoid the cops. As time went on, things got worse. Management changed too many times to keep up with. The security gates never worked. If the front gates were working, you could almost guarantee the back gate was always open. My car was vandalized twice in the lit parking lot. Cops were always around because this complex was a college kid's disney land filled with parties. On a couple of occassions, I was scared at night due to people arguing loudly or pounding on doors at 3 am! If you were to choose to release your apartment, you were not allowed to get a better deal, in fact it was almost guaranteed that there would be a price increase, although new residents were able to sign at a lesser price. I'd suggest looking somewhere else to live unless your wanting to not sleep at all, fear for your safety, want your car buglarized and never feel safe.
