the management here is really bad. I just renewed my lease with a promise of new carpet and a 100 dollar walmart gift certificate but i have yet to recieve both of them. I keep calling but the management keeps delaying the promises. So dont live here! And if i dont get them soon, I'm going to take legal actions for false advertisement!

Thanks for your negative comments. However as the manager, I'm so sorry I have disappointed you. Yes I did promise you new carpet (which has been delayed a couple of days. As well as your referrals. Your carpet will be replace on 11/8/06 and I will be more than glad to pay you your referral fee out of my pocket to satisify you, and wait myself for the re-inbrustment. If you have any other needs, before you start blasting me, come to the office and do not leave until your happy. Your Manager
