Good place to live for the price, but bad office staff!

I have lived at the Zone since August 2007 and I have really grown to like it, especially for the price I am paying. But when I gave my rent check to the office ahead of time, because I was going to be out of town over the break, they sent it through 3 weeks early, after telling me they would hold it until rent was actually due. This overdrew my account, leaving me with overdraft fees and no money for the holidays. When I confronted the asst manager about the problem, they told me there was nothing they could do and it was my fault... MY FAULT'!'!!'! How is that possible' Not to mention, they would not reimburse me for the fees they cost me. Very disappointed with the office staff, don't trust them!
