Dont live in this apartment complex. The rent is more than you think. They tack on several different bills than they inform you of. And the visitor parking is crap. The managment is run by a couple of girls who dont know much about anything either.

Hideous Maintenance issues go unresolved for over a month. You are billed for things (natural gas) that aren't even IN your apartment.
Water and trash bill isn't based on what you use it is just a big bill they get and divide among the residents. A family of 5 who washes clothes every day
