If you are thinking about living in these aparments think again especially if you have kids. This complex accepts children but they have to be like robots to live there. The complex looks better on the outside then the inside. The mini blinds in some of the units are very old and worned out. They never replace them. One apt's mini blind looks like it melted in a fire. I have watch 3 different tenants move in and out of that same unit, and they do not replace that blind. The water bill is paid through TUG, and if an older tenant lives there and have not renewed their lease you will be paying for their water also. The pools are not really safe. They have broken chairs, no emergency phones. There are also tenants that live by the pool they holds wild parties.
