These appartments are the DUMP! The manager staff is awful. Very rude and Very fake people. To get something fixed takes an act of god! They misplace your rent money then expect you to pay late fee's for there mistake!!! The swimming pool is open only 2 weeks out of the year, if your lucky. Also make sure you lock your appartment good, plenty of drug dealers and theifs living in these appartments. Also same rules apply for your car, Make sure it is locked and parked as close to your appartment as you can. These appartments also have a huge ant and roach infestation, and also a rat problem as well. There is always a water leak in one of the appartments there. The pipes are starting to rust out. As far as A\C goes, good luck with that two. The ac units are too small for the appartments and most of them have been there since the appartments where built, which means it has to be constantly runnning to keep it 76 degress. Needless to say everyone's electric bill in these appartments is sky high, and the appartment is still hot with the ac on. Would recomment NOT moving into the Village Manor Apartments.
